Before writing a firing letter take some time and be truthful and professional. There are different kinds of fire letters depending on the situation and offence. Whatever the case may be never criticize the employee in the letter; the tone of the letter should be professional to the point and straightforward. It should show concern, as this will ease the pain of the employee who has been fired.
Fire letter should always be sent after the matter has been discussed with the employee. Clearly state the facts and reasons for firing.If the employee has a contract with the company then they should be aware and fulfill any obligation they may have to under that policy before going ahead with the dismissal.
