Resignation Letter
Resignation letter is notification to the company or organization that an employee gives to the employer stating that he or she wishes to move out from the organization. It is the last impression of your character and is kept as the final document in your the personal file with the company for future references. So it is always better to keep the letter professional and with proper tone.
It should include thanks to the company and colleagues for providing different opportunities in the company. Always provide the reason for the resignation as it keeps the employer informed why you are quitting. There is no need for explanation on why you are leaving; you can state that you are leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Resignation letter should be in a positive note as it will always be in the records of the company.It’s always good to leave the company in good terms as it earns employee good references. In a resignation letter you can also state that under any circumstances you wish to come back to a good position, you are willing to come back.
